The Oscietra sturgeon weighs around 25 kilos and has 7 kilos of Caviar with a deep golden roe and a creamy sumptuous taste. Some experts believe this is caviar from a mature Caraburun Oscietra Sturgeon of around 60 years old. This caviar has one of the most interesting flavours.
