The Sevruga Premier from the Caspian Sea, at about 10 kilos is the smallest of the Sturgeon species with 4 kilos of Caviar, which are dark grey to light. It offers a full and delicate flavour appreciated by many locals, the fish, are typically 7-12 years old.
