Sevruga
- The smallest of the Caspian Sturgeon, in turn produces the smallest eggs which are dark grey - black in colour. Despite being more widely available, it's fine and delicate taste still represents one of the greatest delicacies.
Oscietre
- Another native of the Caspian sea, the Oscietre Sturgeon nurtures larger firmer eggs ranging in colour from grey - brown to golden. Oscietre caviar is appreciated for it's unique taste sometimes likened to hazelnuts.
Imperial
- A long time favourite of Persia's ruling elite, Imperial is truly an exceptional caviar. Imperial Gold is taken from a particularly rare species of Sturgeon, the Oscietre Karaburun. Many gourmets prefer this product of the Oscietre Sturgeon, renowned for it's large golden grain and delicate nut like flavour with a hint of spice.
Beluga
- The ultimate luxury in gourmet food, a product of rarity and exquisite in flavour. The Beluga caviar is relished for having large grain and superior texture, varying in colour from light to dark - steely grey with very fine skin and a creamy smooth taste.
